Assistant Store Manager
As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager by managing and providing operational leadership, support processes and activities to achieve store sales and profit objectives. Responsibilities include:
- Driving store sales and profit while managing expenses.
- Assisting with the human resource process with the hiring, staffing training and appraisal of qualified Associates.
- Overseeing replenishment, merchandise sets, pricing and signage, stockroom and office and systems maintenance.
If you have four to six years of retail management experience, exposure to operations and sales support, the ability to communicate clearly and lead multiple projects and functional areas simultaneously, along with superior skills in problem solving, prioritizing, contingency planning and follow through, apply for an Assistant
