Footwear Manager

As Footwear Manager you will drive sales and profit objectives for the footwear department. You will oversee the Women's, Men's and Children's footwear department while providing:

• Customer service and sales,
• Sales floor leadership and staff supervision, and
• Scheduling to meet coverage, productivity, and training for footwear Associates.
