Our Sales Managers' dedication to superior customer service is key to making JCPenney an easy and exciting place to shop. As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading engaging customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Managing and leading assigned divisions on the sales floor, contributing to sales and profit objectives.
• Ensuring that all merchandising and store environment plans are fully implemented and store events effectively executed.

If you have one to three years of retail supervisory or management experience, strong decision and leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities with both Associates and customers, demonstrated knowledge of both space management and visual merchandising, along with work schedule flexibility (nights, weekends and holidays), apply for a Sales Manager position. College degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
